Honoring Daddy King: City of Stockbridge named Street after MLK Sr.

The City of Stockbridge honored Rev Martin Luther King Sr on October 8, 2015 by naming a street after the father of the civil rights icons, Dr Martin Luther King Jr and Rev A D Williams King.

Present were Dr. Christine King Farris, Mrs. Naomi King, Martin Luther King III, Dr. Toussaint K Hill Jr, Isaac Farris Jr, Dr. Angela Watkins,Attorney Celeste Beal,Uriah Ellis, Mayor Thompson, Dr. Babs Onabanjo, Dr. Rev. Paul Brinson, mayor Pro Tem Alphonso Thomas and many family members.
