Volunteer Today & Receive The President's Volunteer Service Award

Everyone can be great because everyone can serve---Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The President's Volunteer Service Award recognizes United States citizens and lawfully admitted permanent residents of the United States who have achieved the required number of hours of service over a 12-month period or cumulatively over the course of a lifetime. Recognizing individuals with Presidential honors carries the responsibility of full cooperation with the program criteria.

Award Structure

The award structure is designed to recognized individuals for their service throughout their volunteer journey. The structure is broken down by age and hourly requirements with four different levels of achievement. Recognition may be given to an individual, group or family for hours served within 12 months or lifetime of service for an individual.
