r Christine King Farris Dies at 95
Dr. Christine King Farris, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Rev A D King sister passed on to glory. She was 95 years old. The matriarch of the King family passed on this morning after a brief illness, She was a legend in her own right, an activist, an educator, co-founder of the King center, and a wonderful mother to so many. May her soul rest in peace. Our prayers go out to the loved ones and her family at this crucial and difficult times. May her soul rest in peace. She will be missed. RIP.
