I and i think the answer that is yes congress could design such a program now it has a lot of issues and problems associated with that in terms of although we do limit some things in the SNAP program now but I but that's a public policy Raspberry Ketone Blast decision that Congress would have to make I don't see any likelihood that that's going to happen in this farm bill well given what it would then mean tithe industry itself and how you were carried out I mean Ohio's just pass.
