Farewell To Gary L Butler: He will be missed

 DOB 11/13/1964

After a 5 year battle with Cancer, Gary passed away at the age of 49 on Sunday May 25th 2014 at 11:45 AM Our Lady of Perpetual Hope in Atlanta GA. at 11:45 AM. 

He was a loving brother and son, who always put on a brave face, and feared nothing. With God on his side, he suited up and prepared to fight the battle of Cancer every day.  After 5 years of a mighty fight, he peacefully crossed over and will suffer no more.

He is survived by his daughter  Breauna Nooks of Columbus, Ohio.  His mother Phyllis R. Butler of Indian Head, MD,  Sisters Charlotte Martin-Ramgolam of Silver Spring, MD, Michelle Butler of Atlanta, GA,  Zina Henshaw of Baltimore, MD,  Tonya Bizzell and brother in-law Allen E. BizzellJr. both of Hughesville,MD , and  Brother Michael Charles Butler of Waldorf, MD. Gary will be watching over his nieces and nephews: Tyesha, Mya , Allen III, Taniyah, Landon, Nishka, & Maliyah

Preceded in death by his father Charles L. Butler

Gary grew up in Indian Head, Maryland where he graduated from Lackey High School in 1983. He went on to Devry University and later Ohio Institute of Technology. He was an entrepreneur and inventor as he traveled and was called upon to collaborate on special projects and documentaries seen on television.

Many of you have touched Gary’s Life and made him the unique person that he was.  We would like you to join us in this farewell service and celebration of life on Saturday June 14, 2014. If you wish to send flowers, condolences or support the family by contributing to Gary's farewell service it would be greatly appreciated in his memory
