A D King Foundation sponsored 24 middle and high school students to Bimini, Bahamas as part of the cultural exchange program. They got an opportunity to travel to the Islands of Bimini and visit the newly bust of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and enjoyed the rich culture, peace and serenity of the Island. They were trained in non-violent social change strategies.
Upon returning to the United States, they will serve as Ambassadors for Peace and non-violent social change.

The mission of A. D. King Foundation is to promote youth empowerment through enrichment programs/services and to embrace non-violent social change strategies as a way of life. The foundation further encourages corporations and community leaders to embrace corporate social responsibilities by adopting schools within their communities therefore, investing in the future of all our children. We urge ALL of the corporations to join us in demonstrating to the world that our fight for peace, justice and love for our fellow man begins with us. Please help us show our communities the VALUE we see in our youth. Please visit www.biminipeaceretreat.com or www.adkingfoundation.com or www.adkingfoundation.ning.com
