AD KING FOUNDATION AND GLOBAL PEACE LET’S TALK (GPLT) UNITE IN URGENT CALL FOR GAZA CEASEFIRE

The AD King Foundation and Global Peace Let’s Talk (GPLT) have come together to issue a pressing call for an immediate ceasefire to halt the ongoing violence in Gaza. The humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region has left both organizations deeply concerned about the lack of empathy in the Israel-Hamas conflict, leading to an alarming rise in casualties.

The AD King Foundation, inspired by the legacy of non-violence and unwavering commitment to justice and peace, firmly believes that the path to resolving conflicts should never involve violence and loss of innocent lives.

In a joint statement, the AD King Foundation and GPLT call upon the global community to rise from their slumber and voice their dissent against the heart-wrenching tragedy unfolding in Gaza. The statement noted that every voice matters in this crucial moment, and both organizations are committed to making every effort to ensure an immediate cessation of hostilities.

“It is disheartening to witness the devastating consequences of the ongoing conflict, and both organizations emphasize that war is never the answer. The principles of human compassion, empathy, and understanding must prevail, says the President/CEO of the AD King Foundation.

He continued: "We cannot stand idly by while countless lives are lost and futures shattered. The citizens of the world must unite, speaking truth to power, to condemn the suffering on both sides. This is not the humanity we recognize, and we must take action to restore our shared sense of humanity. It is our collective belief that the time is ripe for humanity to embark on a path of truth-seeking, justice, and reconciliation. The first step towards healing and forgiveness must begin with a ceasefire."
